Job description
Agro Wealth is hiring an AI Agriculture Specialist to put machine-learning tools, sensor networks, and data platforms on partner farms so yields go up and waste goes down. The work is field programs, not lab demos.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deploy AI models for crop health, yield forecasting, and resource optimization
- Integrate IoT sensors, drones, and satellite data into Agro Wealth platform workflows
- Train field teams and farmers on AI-powered tools and data interpretation
- Collaborate with agronomists and product teams to validate models in real farm conditions
- Document model performance, SOPs, and adoption playbooks for regional rollout
- Support pilots, measure outcomes, and iterate on AI agriculture programs
- Represent Agro Wealth at partner demos, workshops, and technical reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, or Agricultural Engineering
- 3+ years applying AI/ML to agriculture, agritech, or environmental data
- Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and cloud deployment
- Understanding of crop science, soil data, or precision agriculture concepts
- Strong facilitation skills for training non-technical farm audiences
- Comfort working across time zones with clear written communication
- Experience with GIS, computer vision, or drone imagery is a plus
