Job description
Agro Wealth is hiring an Investment Analyst to evaluate farm projects, model returns, and support our growing portfolio of regenerative agriculture investments. You'll work with growers, partners, and the investor community to align capital with impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze farm investment opportunities across crops, regions, and project types
- Build financial models, sensitivity analyses, and return projections for partner review
- Conduct due diligence on operational, environmental, and market factors
- Track portfolio performance and prepare quarterly reports for investor members
- Collaborate with agronomists and field teams to validate project assumptions
- Support fundraising, investor communications, and project documentation
- Monitor ESG and impact metrics aligned with Agro Wealth mission standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Agriculture, or related field
- 3+ years in investment analysis, impact investing, or agricultural finance
- Strong financial modeling and Excel/spreadsheet proficiency
- Understanding of farm economics, crop cycles, and agricultural risk factors
- Excellent written communication for investor-facing reports
- Interest in regenerative agriculture and sustainable development goals
- CFA or similar credential is a plus
